This Refund and Dispute Policy is part of the Terms of Service for InnovatewithAIMA Ltd and applies to all users of the Platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refunds and Disputes
Innovate with Aima (“the Company”) does not engage in the sale of software or physical products. Our services encompass the provision and management of custom digital assets and the utilization of software tools solely as a means to facilitate client projects. Accordingly, conventional refund provisions are not applicable.
Should any concerns or disputes arise regarding charges or service delivery, clients are required to initially contact our support team at business@innovatewithaima.com to seek an amicable resolution.
In the event that informal resolution efforts prove unsuccessful, the following formal dispute resolution procedures shall apply:
Mediation: Disputes may be submitted to a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate an equitable agreement between parties. Any costs incurred during mediation shall be borne equally by both parties.
Arbitration: Should mediation fail to resolve the dispute, the matter shall proceed to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an established arbitration institution. The decision rendered shall be final and enforceable. Costs associated with arbitration shall be the responsibility of the party initiating the arbitration, except where otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
